How do I go about starting a custom design?

The design process is relatively simple. It starts with you providing us with your ideas, reference images, company logo (where applicable) etc. We then take your information and create a digital mock up (which we call a proof) for your review. Once you have approved the design, we will produce a sample. When you confirm that you are happy with the final sample, we will provide you with a final quotation. We will then proceed with the production of your order upon your confirmation.

I have an idea for a corporate gift, but don't have a specific design. Can you help me create something?
Absolutely! We understand that it’s not always easy to translate your vision onto paper or articulate it in words.  We’ll be happy to work with you through the design process to create a product that your customers will love!
What is the minimum order quantity?
We try to be as flexible as possible with order minimums, but usually it starts at 25 units. Do note that higher price breaks are achieved at larger quantity orders.
What file formats are accepted for images?
We accept .JPG, .EPS, .PNG, .PDF, .AI, .GIF, .DOC, or .PSD file formats.
What metals and plating options do you offer?
We can produce your items in brass, sterling silver, yellow and white gold. We also offer rhodium, silver and gold plating on top of either base metal (brass) or precious metals.
Can you provide me with a quotation?
We will only be able to provide you with a customised quote once you have submitted your designs and have approved the proof and sample. You will also need to advise us of the quantity you would like to order.
What is your turn around time from the time I place an order?

Once you have confirmed your design and have approved the sample, our lead time is usually 4 – 6 weeks for production and between 1-2 weeks delivery, depending on your location and packaging requirements (if any). We will be able to give you a more accurate lead time at the time of your order.

Where are your corporate gifts and accessories made?
In most cases, particularly for items made from precious metals or plated items, products are made by highly skilled artisans in Jaipur, India.

For items made from brass that do not require customisation, these may be made in Kenya.

No child labour is involved in the making of our products.


What is the minimum reorder quantity?
Our standard reorder minimum is 25 units of an item.
When is payment due for my order?
Once you have approved the design proof, we require payment in full before production of your order.
Do you offer customised packaging?
Yes we do. We will be happy to discuss options based on your requirements and preferred aesthetic.
