How do I place a wholesale order?

 

Contact Us to request a product line sheet. You can then place an order by completing our order form, or you can email or call us to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you do repair work or accept exchanges?

 

If you have received faulty merchandise, please Contact Us and send pictures showing the damage or describe the repair work required. Repairs and exchanges shall be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

What currency are the products on your website sold in? Why do they include VAT?

 

All prices on this website are in Great Britain Pounds (GBP). If purchasing from outside the UK, the equivalent amount in your card’s currency will be charged.

Since we are a UK registered company, prices are inclusive of VAT which is payable by all customers purchasing within the EU. If your shipping address is outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! We accept orders from all around the world and can ship internationally to most countries via courier services. If you receive an error notification on checkout that we cannot sell or ship to your country, please contact us and tell us where you are, and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

 

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

 

VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

 

When will I receive my order?

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is complete and on its way.

Orders within Kenya are shipped via Securicor or equivalent courier service and are delivered within 2 – 4 business days.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail (from the UK) or via Aramex or Fedex (from Kenya) and can take between 3 – 7 business days. Please note that delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by items held by customs are outside of our control.

For orders that need to be made, please allow 4 weeks for production and up to 1 week for delivery depending on your location.

For custom orders, please allow additional time for the design process.

 

How will my order be packaged?

 

Your jewellery will come with a story card explaining the symbolism and significance behind each piece. This is packaged securely in a clear seal bag to limit exposure to oxygen and to keep it protected. It is placed in a pretty organza bag and is sent to you in a padded envelope or box, depending on the size of your order.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes! We accept orders from all around the world and can ship internationally to most countries via courier services. If you receive an error notification on checkout that we cannot sell or ship to your country, please contact us and tell us where you are, and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

 

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Will I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?

 

Usually, yes. Since we use DHL or Aramex, these international courier services generally require a signature and often proof of ID at the time of delivery of your order. The same may apply for local delivery via courier service.

 

The product I want is out of stock. When will I be able to order it?

 

If you’ve attempted to purchase an item but get an “out of stock” notification, please contact us and let us know. We will let you know when the item you want will be back in stock, and will make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible!

I would like to order a custom design. Is this possible?

 

Absolutely! We work with individuals as well as corporate clients to create their own custom gifts and accessories. Please Contact Us with your specific requirement.

 

How accurate are the colours and dimensions of the products shown on the website?

 

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site. We do, however, provide dimensions of our jewellery in the product description section of each item.

Where are your jewellery and accessories made?

 

All rhodium and gold plated items are made by master artisans in Jaipur, India according to EU standards.

All brass and beaded items are made in Kenya by skilled local artisans.

No child labour is involved in the making of our products.
