If an item that you wish to purchase is not available for sale directly from this website, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the piece(s) you are interested in, or you may purchase directly from a store if there is a Stockist near you. Please refer to our list of Stockists regularly to check where our products are available. If purchasing from this website, once your order has been confirmed and your billing and physical postal address has been verified and payment has been received, we shall email you confirming dispatch of your order (between 2 – 3 business days) and provide details of expected delivery times (between 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location). Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail special delivery service or courier service (DHL or Aramex, depending on your location), and we shall provide you with the parcel tracking number once dispatched. Prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of 20% VAT. If your billing and shipping location is outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout after you have provided your billing address. Simply Zuri offers free UK and worldwide shipping on orders over GBP 150, unless otherwise stated in any promotional offers we send to you if you have subscribed to our mailing list, or which may be shown on this website from time to time. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be added to the cost of your order and will be shown on your screen before you confirm your order. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may dispatch the items separately to avoid excess customs charges and additional shipping fees. Should this happen, we will communicate with you via email and provide you with multiple tracking numbers.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, duties or taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Simply Zuri does not have information on customs, duties or taxes and we are not able to estimate these charges. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We hope that you will love your purchases from Simply Zuri. However if you are not completely satisfied we will offer a refund. The item must be unworn, and the original packaging including jewellery pouch and invoice must be included and packed securely and safely in a hard box. Please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the goods and we shall advise you of the return address.
Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage. For your security, we recommend that you use an insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for and will not be able to process a refund for items lost or damaged in transit due to delivery error. We shall notify you via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will not be able to offer a refund on earrings or any customised or personalised jewellery. Simply Zuri products purchased via any other retailers may not be exchanged or returned through simplyzuri.com.
